Gregory A. Porcaro, CPA/ABV, MST, CFF
President
Gregory A. Porcaro graduated from Bryant University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and then earned his Master’s of Science degree in taxation from Bryanty University in 1987. He also earned the designation Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the AICPA. Gregory joined the firm in June of 1982, became a CPA in June of 1985 and became a principal of the firm in 1987. Gregory has always been very committed to this profession and has served on many boards and committees and has even written about various subject matters, such as taxation. He was also a Professor of Taxation in the Bryant University Graduate School’s Master of Taxation Program for almost 30 years. Gregory is a car enthusiast, collects art and whiskey (great combination) and earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Nate Cote
Director of Operations & Professional Services
Nate received his Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island in 2001. After working for 7 years in the fitness industry, he decided he needed a change. One of his personal training clients, who was a CPA, asked if he knew anyone interested in helping prepare tax returns during tax season. Nate offered his time and quickly realized that he had found his new career path. He contacted the Dean of Accounting at the University of Rhode Island to find out what courses he would need to become a CPA candidate and soon started his course load in accounting and business courses. Nate was fortunate to get the opportunity to start his first full-time accounting position at a mid-size regional accounting firm, where he worked for 4 years, reaching the Senior level in their tax department. From there, he moved on and found his new home at Otrando Porcaro & Associates, where he has been since November 2012. When he is not working, Nate enjoys hanging out with his wife and kids, mountain biking and going to the beach.

Myles P. Levy, CPA, MPAC
Director of Audit & Assurance
Myles P. Levy, CPA, MPAc, is the Director of Audit & Assurance at OPA, where he has been a dedicated team member since August 2018. He holds a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) from Rhode Island College, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2018. During his college years, Myles was a collegiate baseball player from 2014 to 2018 and received the Bourget Student Athlete Award in 2018. Outside of work, he enjoys playing men’s amateur baseball, softball, and tennis, as well as taking long weekend trips in New England with his wife and friends.

Claudio Ialongo, CPA, MPAc
Senior Accountant
Claudio earned a Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Accounting from Rhode Island College and a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from Bryant University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). Claudio’s professional experience includes complex partnership and pass-through entities taxation, multi-state tax returns, real estate, 1031 exchanges, tax planning, foreign tax credit, lease accounting, financial statements audit and review engagements, financial statements preparation, and tax and assurance services for nonprofit entities. He started at OPA as an intern in January 2020 and returned as a staff accountant in June 2021. Outside of work, Claudio enjoys Italian food and wine, beach vacations, and spending time with his loved ones.

Robin J. Bosworth
Accounting Support Services Manager
Robin J. Bosworth is the Accounting Support Services Manager at OPA, where she has been a dedicated team member since August 2004. A graduate of Pilgrim High School with a focus on business courses, Robin has extensive training and experience with firms such as Haskins & Sells, CPAs, Arnold Kilberg & Company, CPA, Boragine, Grennan & Hill, CPAs, and Otrando, Porcaro & Associates LLC, CPAs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, NFL Sundays, and has previously raised and bred Siberian Huskies.

Harrison Sailer, MBA
Audit/IT Manager
Harrison Sailer is the Audit/IT Manager at OPA. He graduated from Salve Regina in December 2021 with a BS in Accounting and earned his MBA with a concentration in cybersecurity issues in business in December 2022. Harrison interned at OPA in February 2020, worked full-time from June 2021 to January 2023, and rejoined the firm in June 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with loved ones and being with his dog.
Andrew J. Ginsberg, JD, MST
Tax Manager
Andrew J. Ginsberg, J.D., MST is a Tax Manager at OPA, where he has been contributing his expertise since November 2013. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Bentley University (2011), a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law (2010), and a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University (2006). Outside of work, Andrew enjoys gardening and baking.
James D. Laing, CPA, JD, MBA, MSA
Tax Supervisor
JD has a diverse educational background, including a JD from Roger Williams University School of Law and multiple degrees from the University of Rhode Island. He holds an MS in Accounting, an MBA, a BS in Chemical Engineering, a BS in Applied Mathematics, and a BA in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish. JD joined OPA in January 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys running and exploring new culinary adventures.
Christian J. Dafonseca, MSA
Senior Accountant
CJ earned an Associate degree from CCRI in 2013, a Bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College in 2017, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023. He joined OPA in February 2022 and brings valuable expertise to his role as a senior accountant. Outside of work, CJ enjoys working out and playing recreational sports.
Caleb Jeffrey
Senior Accountant
Caleb Jeffrey is a Senior Associate who graduated with a Bachelor of Business Accounting from Rhode Island College in Spring 2022. He has been with OPA since July 2022. Caleb enjoys traveling to different amusement parks around the country in his free time.
Cameron Burkhardt
Staff Accountant
Cameron Burkhardt is a Staff Accountant who received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rhode Island College in May 2024. He began working full-time for Otrando, Porcaro & Associates, LTD in the same month. In his free time, Cameron enjoys golfing during the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
Abigail Goudreau
Senior Accountant
Abigail is a Staff Accountant who began her journey at OPA in February 2024. She earned her associate degree from the Community College of Rhode Island in 2023 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Rhode Island College, expected to complete in January 2025. While she modestly claims to be boring, Abigail’s dedication and hard work speak volumes about her commitment to her profession.
Danielle Lyons
Accounting Intern
Danielle Lyons is an Accounting Intern who earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) at URI, expected to graduate in Spring 2025. Danielle began her internship at OPA in September 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, playing board games, and studying languages.
Becky Pocaro
Becky A. Porcaro is the Human Resource Manager at Otrando Porcaro & Associates. She joined the firm in 2006 and ran our payroll service division for ten years until it was sold in 2019. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy and the Sawyer School of Business. Becky loves to travel, has a flair for interior design and enjoys creating culinary delights for family and friends.
Paula M. Lambert
Administrative Assistant
Paula M. Lambert is an Administrative Assistant at OPA, where she has been a dedicated team member since June 1977. She graduated from Warwick Veterans Memorial High School in 1977. Outside of work, Paula enjoys shopping, traveling, boating, and motorcycling.
Michelle DelSanto
Administrative Assistant
Michelle DelSanto is an Administrative Assistant at OPA, where she has been a valuable team member since December 2016. She is a graduate of Classical High School and Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading and spending time with her grandsons.
